The Paradise Park n’ Ride project has achieved 71,000 construction hours since mobilisation to site early this year.

In the coming weeks, asphalting will be completed ready for line marking, along with all of the landscaping and new improved Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) compliant footpaths consisting of more than 17,000 locally supplied pavers. The new irrigated landscape consists of more than 8,000 indivi...dual plants.

Over the past four weeks, more than 500 locally produced panels have been installed to the perimeter of the car park whilst approximately 200 LED lights are currently being installed and commissioned. LED lighting has been adopted by the project due to the significant environmental and sustainable properties over other traditional lighting forms.
