If you need any documents that are not accessible or you encounter any problems using our websites, please contact us.
Our legal obligations regarding online accessibility
All South Australian departments and agencies are required to make their online information and services accessible to people of all abilities and disabilities (under the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992).
The PTP Alliance follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 produced by the World Wide Web Consortium. The guidelines specify three levels of conformance—A, AA and AAA—for websites and web resources. While the law requires state and territory governments to be A compliant, the Human Rights Commission recommends AA level in keeping with the requirement for Commonwealth Government websites.
