Stage 1 - Offline construction of the bridge (third quarter 2021 – first quarter 2022)

SA Water main relocations:

- Torrens Road, between Wattle Street and Drayton Street

- Churchill Road, between Torrens Road and Avenue Road

Traffic Switch 1

- Remove right turn movement from Churchill Road onto Torrens Road

- Remove left turn movement from Torrens Road onto Churchill Road

Commence offline bridge works

Stage 2 – Reconfiguration of Torrens Road and Churchill Road intersection (first quarter 2022)
