The PTP Alliance engages the community and stakeholders early, with honesty and sincerity. We apply a consistent approach to building strong relationships with the communities we work in across every one of our projects.
PTP Alliance Commitment
The way the PTPA engage with the community and stakeholders is tailored to the stage of the project:
- When projects are in the planning phase we will consult, involve and collaborate with stakeholders and the community to develop options and concepts.
- During the design phase we will consult with the community and stakeholders to help develop detailed designs.
- During construction we will keep the community informed about staging, milestones and construction impacts.
