Early community feedback highlighted the importance of landscaping, local connections, community safety and creating high quality public space around and under the new bridge.

The completed project has delivered new public space under and around the bridge including:

• a futsal court
• a half basketball court
• Kaurna cultural heritage artwork
• pedestrian and cycle paths
• public artwork
• landscaping and revegetation
• a nature play area
• local road and footpath connections
